"My Name" is an old track of mine that featured on an older ep of mine called "Gender is a Type of Goat". I wrote it while going through a Hell of a Time. I wrote it as an ode to keeping going despite everything weighing me down.

This month, I was put, again, through a Hell of a Time. And I needed the feeling again. This Hell of Time was even more intense, and I've been speeding my music up again anyway, so I decided to repurpose the whole track into a 170bpm hardcore tune.

Heartbreak fucking sucks folks. Make the most with what you got. And if you get hurt, do your best to keep going despite it all.
